For this project we had to construct a double lift shaft and stair well with face work walls to the stair well and ground floor reception.

This job was highly successful due to the high quality facework and careful project planning, enabling us to meet the demands of the main contractor (Collin’s Construction).

 

This was the second project of this kind that JMF has completed; the previous one being 28 Market place oxford street.

 

Both had very limited space and all shutters and materials had to be lifted via rope pullies onto the surrounding sacffholding to each floor. With careful planning and preparation we were able to ensure all shutters and materials were adapted with in the scaffholding, to suit different floor levels.
